Campus Workshops
A
major goal of the Institute of Child Development is dissemination
of knowledge and skills relevant to special needs adoption, including
development of attachments, attachment disorders, attachment-based
therapies, sensory-integration, social skills training, fetal alcohol
exposure, consequences of maternal deprivation, and consequences
of maltreatment. These workshops will be open to parents and professionals.
We
hope to host Saturday training workshops four times a year with
a rotating topic schedule.
